Baytown is our easternmost yard and our anchor on the Houston Ship Channel. From La Porte to Pasadena to Deer Park, the petrochemical corridor between Baytown and Houston is one of the most demanding crane environments in the country — and we are pre-qualified, pre-badged, and pre-positioned to work it. The yard runs 40 to 500 ton with crawler and all-terrain bias for refinery, petrochem, and marine support.
Houston ship channel turnarounds run on tight pre-build schedules and tighter execution windows. We pre-stage cranes inside the gates, coordinate with the unit superintendent, and rotate operators on the cadence the outage requires. ISN, Avetta, and Owner-specific safety certifications are kept current as a baseline.
On the marine side, we support the channel terminals from Bayport to Cedar Bayou and frequently mobilize cranes to vessel berths for topside picks and equipment transfers.
Cranes available from this yard. Other yards within reach if a specialty pick needs a different rig.
4WD rough-terrain crane for off-road jobsites, refinery yards, and tight industrial pads where a truck crane will not fit.
Hydraulic truck crane for mid-weight commercial, light industrial, and downtown picks where 40T is short and 90T is overkill.
All-terrain crane that drives at highway speed and works off-road on the same day. Most-requested crane in our fleet.
Long-boom all-terrain class for heavy commercial, marine, and refinery picks needing reach plus capacity.
Heavy-lift class for transformer sets, vessel work, structural sets, and critical industrial picks.
Industrial heavy-lift class for refinery turnaround, LNG, marine topside, and substation work.
Large-class all-terrain for LNG modules, refinery vessel sets, and major industrial picks.
Top of the CDH fleet. Engineered heavy lift for refinery vessels, LNG modules, and critical structural picks.
Routine coverage runs roughly 60 miles from yard. We mobilize farther when the project supports it.
Drum set during a 28-day coker turnaround with engineered rigging, double-crane sync, and an unblemished safety record.
95,000 lb deck module set to a tanker at the terminal berth with channel coordination and tide-window timing.
Phased mod sets over a six-week window for a new ethylene capacity expansion.
Dispatch is staffed 24/7. Two-minute call to scope the pick, same-day quote in most cases.
